Referrals

Street Talk is able to take a limited number of direct referrals who are initially offered 10 counselling sessions.

We cannot accept referrals outside our core client groups: women involed in street-based prostitution, or women who have been victims of trafficking. Priority is given to clients who are otherwise unable to access counselling.

If you would like to make a referral, please download a referral form and send an inquiry to info@street-talk.org.uk including the completed form as an attachment. Our ability to accept referals depends on current case loads.

We are currently working at capacity and unfortunately we cannot accept any new direct referrals at this time. [Updated April 2022]

Volunteer

We have a number of counsellors, supervisors and art therapists who do pro bono work. If you are interested in the possibility of doing this please get in touch.

We do ask that you are accredited qualified to Master’s degree level and have a minimum of five years post qualification experience.

We do not offer work experience for sixth formers because the organisations we work in partnership do not allow under 18s to attend.
